Ms. Adams received her real estate license in 1979 and broker license in 1989. She apprenticed for several years with two renowned residential marketing brokers, Wendy Lister and Ann Dover. First rate training in the art of negotiation, networking and developing distinctive residential marketing programs coupled with a strong entrepreneural spirit, Ms. Adams became (in 1988) and has remained in the top 1 % of the real estate agents in the Pacific Northwest.
In 2005 Ms. Adams entered into a business partnership with Ms. Tamara Canero and this sucessful blending of their talents thrives today.
In 1992, John Jacobi - the owner of Windermere Real Estate Company - asked Ms. Adams to assist him in designing a specialty marketing program for high end properties and to promote it throughout the Windermere system. Through this collaboration Mr. Jacobi and Ms. Adams designed a Premier Properties Program that continues to sucessfully showcase luxury properties throughout Windermere today. Ms. Adams is an Executive Director of the Premier Properties Program.
Ms. Adams is a member of the Forum 22 Seattle, a networking affiliation of the top 22 brokers in Seattle. She is a founding and active member of the Greater Seattle Condominium Network organization.
Ms. Adams continues to consult on newly emerging Windermere Programs by training agents to handle changing market demands.
Ms. Adams has been a paid Residential Real Estate Expert Witness in King County Superior Court and related estate depositions, has published numerous real estate articles and was profiled in an issue of Forbes Magazine. She is considered a regional expert on the subject of marketing specialty properties.
